Something happened, and you were never quite the same.
A betrayal. A collapse. A loss. A breakup. A diagnosis. Maybe last year, maybe before you had words for it. On the outside you kept going. But a part of you stayed back there, still waiting for the apology that never came.
So you became someone to survive it.
The one who runs. The one who freezes. The one who keeps everyone happy. The one who never stops proving. That someone has been running your life ever since. The same fights, the same ceilings, the same heartbreaks, on repeat.
That's not bad luck.
A story got written in you long ago, and it became the lens you see through, quietly deciding who you trust, what you tolerate, what you keep recreating. So the same wound keeps finding you, and it gets louder. First it whispers. Then it taps you on the shoulder. Then it knocks you flat. It's asking, finally, to be met. And it doesn't live where willpower can reach. It lives in your subconscious, in the story itself, scabbed over and still festering underneath.

There are only three things a person can do with a wound.
Turn it outward and hurt others. Turn it inward and keep hurting yourself. Or go down into it, heal it, and turn it into the one thing that lets you help, and finally matter. Most people spend their whole lives in the first two, a shell of who they could have been. The third one has a name. It's who the wound has been trying to make you all along.
That wound was never your shame. It's your material.
The one thing that makes you unlike anyone else, and the only fuel for the work you're here to do, in the way only you can do it. Find out which self is running you, where it started, and meet the one who's been waiting underneath.
